Returns Policy
If the Purchaser wishes to return non-defective unused goods to the Company, the Company may at its discretion accept such goods and credit the Purchaser with the price paid by the purchaser for the goods less a restocking charge provided that the goods are returned in a new condition suitable for resale.
Please note that our London office is now unmanned and any returns sent to that address will be returned to sender.
All returns should be sent via our Birmingham branch for the attention of Mr Cliff Smith – Warranty & Returns Processor.
Timed deliveries, weekend deliveries, etc are at extra cost for all orders. Please contact us for details of the our delivery coverage and charges. Tail lift vehicles are available on request (subject to availability).
Deliveries to Ireland
All orders received by us which are destined for Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland must be collected from our premises. The arrangements for onward shipment to Ireland must be made by others including payment of any duty which may be required by Government agencies.
