AWP Overflow valves UVA

Overflow valves dependent on back pressure, spring loaded.

AWP overflow valves are dependent on back pressure; their components have not been tested individually. The rising stem is sealed by two chloroprene O-ring seals.

AWP overflow valves are suitable for installation as:

• – safety devices for controlling the high pressure side of compressors,
• – safety devices in combination with two safety pressure control valves whose components have been tested,
• – safety device for protection of closed pipe systems.

Technical features:

• Available in steel or stainless steel
• Selection of body material as per German DIN EN12284, AD2000 Series W
• Working media: glycol-based cold brine refrigerant EN 378 p. 1, e.g. NH3, R134a, R290 (propane), R507, blends with refrigerator oil, neutral, gas and liquid media, glycol-based cold brine
• Mounting position: vertical and horizontal
